Upcoming Band Contests

Band contests will be held at Shelby High School March 23 and 25 for Concert and Symphonic bands, respectively. Each band will play 3 pieces in a serious concert setting in front of a panel of judges (thus the name *contest*). The bands really rise to the occasion! The groups stop somewhere during the trip for a meal. Please join us if you can.

Schedule (tentative):

March 23 (concert)  Leave school apx. 9:30 am; Return apx. 4:45 pm

March 25 (symphonic)  Leave school apx. 11:45 am; Return apx. 7:30 pm
